RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 1 hour of the time when the cake is delivered. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact immediately to our customer service at +91 7899551403, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and inform the delivery person to pick up the cake from your location, and return it to the following address:

Please note, we will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. If you use the prepaid shipping label, ₹50/- will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 3 hours to process returns. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear in your bank account, depending on the bank which you used for the transaction. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

The cakes which have not been damaged above 20% (Based on our genuine analysis with the image you share through WhatsApp or e-mail)

The cakes which have been consumed either in half or full or piece.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all the returns of orders above the amount of ₹500/-.

Sale items or special discount cakes are the FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or in bad condition

Inform our delivery assistant about the return reasons or the error caused along with the RMA provided by our customer care.
